Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Career Manager (the “App”) and this website. By downloading or using the App, you agree to them.
Not affiliated with EA
Career Manager is an independent, unofficial companion app. It is not produced, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Electronic Arts, EA Sports, or the FC franchise. All EA and FC trademarks belong to their respective owners.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms. If you downloaded the App on iOS, your use is also subject to Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement. If you downloaded the App on Android from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
- Career Manager Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown on the App Store or Google Play product page before you subscribe.
- If a free trial is offered, billing starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. On iOS, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- On Android, payment is billed through your Google account via Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in the Google Play app → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. Access to Pro normally continues until the end of the current billing period, as determined by the App Store or Google Play; cancelling during a free trial on iOS may end access immediately.
- Refunds on iOS are handled by Apple under its own policies. Refunds on Android are handled under Google Play’s refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an active store subscription — manage or cancel it directly in the App Store or Google Play as described above.
Acceptable use
Don’t reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the App’s data; don’t use the App in a way that violates Apple’s or Google Play’s guidelines or applicable law.
Data accuracy
Player ratings, values, and attributes are sourced from EA’s public game data and may lag behind live game updates or contain errors. The App is a reference tool, not an official source.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career Manager is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
